We are always willing to find a suitable solution or think along with you.

Body & Soap is affiliated with Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through mutual consultation, the consumer may contact Stichting WebwinkelKeur via www.webwinkelkeur.nl, which will mediate free of charge.

If no resolution is reached even after mediation, the consumer has the right to submit the complaint to the independent disputes committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
The decision of this committee is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding ruling.
Submitting a dispute to this committee involves a fee, which must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.
It is also possible to submit a complaint through the European ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Filing a complaint does not suspend the obligations of the entrepreneur, unless the entrepreneur confirms otherwise in writing.
If a complaint is deemed valid by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will, at their discretion, either replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.
