Right of Withdrawal – Returns Page

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason,
provided the seal has not been broken and/or sealed products have not been opened.
If the seal is broken or the sealed product has been opened, the order is considered final and can no longer be returned.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. Certain items—such as bath salts & bath caviar in custom colors or fragrances—are excluded.

Products purchased from this category at Body & Soap are made to order based on the specifications you provide in the comments field during checkout.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale becomes final after successful payment.

Many of our products are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
As such, products whose seals have been broken or which have been opened cannot be returned.

General Exceptions

Our bath salts & bath caviar creams have standard fragrances. If you choose an alternative fragrance, the right of return expires.

  • Indian Opium – Standard for Gold

  • Peppermint – Standard for Grey

  • Eucalyptus – Standard for Green

  • Marine (Sailor) – Standard for Light Blue

  • Sandalwood – Standard for Light Brown

  • Rose – Standard for Light Pink

  • Lavender – Standard for Lilac

  • Apple – Standard for Mint Green

  • Bamboo Forest – Standard for Olive Green

  • Orange – Standard for Orange

  • Dame – Standard for Old Pink

  • Gucci Rush – Standard for Pink

  • Aqua – Standard for Turquoise

  • Violets – Standard for White

If you request any fragrance other than the standard, your right to return expires, and the sale becomes final after successful payment.

This also applies to sealed products, such as bath pearls, bath bombs, etc. Once opened, these cannot be returned.
In such cases, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, and the sale is final.

If You Choose to Use the Right of Withdrawal

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product(s).
You will then receive a full refund including shipping costs (when the full order is returned).
The cost of returning the product from your home to our store is your own responsibility.
These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel—check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the full order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition.

How to Register a Return

Within your account dashboard, you will see your recent orders under your account information.
To register a return, click on View next to the relevant order.
Once the order details are opened, you will find the button ‘Return Items’ below the total amount.

Please indicate which items you wish to return and, if possible, include a reason.
