Sales contract

All products in our WebShop are subject to price changes. Terms and conditions apply. The moment a customer clicks on the "Checkout", the customer enters into a purchase agreement. The customer receives an order confirmation after purchase. The products are sent after payment, unless otherwise agreed with companies.

Partial delivery

We reserve the right to deliver an order in parts. If this is the case, no additional shipping costs will be charged, unless this has been agreed separately.

Retention

The goods remain the property of WebShop until the payment(s) has (have) been made.

Postage costs

All our prices include VAT and exclude administration/shipping costs.

Delivery

Information about the availability and delivery time of a product can be found in the product description on the product pages. If no information is available, you will receive the products after payment within 2-3 working days. If you choose a collection point, you can this is 3-7 working days.

Exceptions right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. Certain products (for example bath salts & bath caviar that do not fall under the standard scents/colours).

The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.”

Many of our products are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons. For these reasons, products whose seal has been broken or sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Cancellation/right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason,
provided the seal has not been broken/or sealed products. If the seal is broken or the sealed products are opened, your order is final and cannot be returned.

Our bath salts & bath caviar cream has the scent vanilla as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar yellow has the scent lemon as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar gold has the Indian opium scent as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar grey has the scent peppermint as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar green has the standard eucalyptus scent, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar light blue has the standard marine (sailor) scent, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar light brown has the sandalwood scent as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar light pink has the scent rose as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar lilac has the scent lavender as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar mint green has the scent apple as standard, if you want a different scent this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar olive green has the scent bamboo forest as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar orange has the scent orange as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar pink has the scent gucci rush as standard, if you want a different scent this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar turquoise has the aqua scent as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Our bath salts & bath caviar white has the violet scent as standard, if you want a different scent, this is possible, but the right to return lapses.

Also products that are sealed, such as bath pearls, bath bombs, etc. These cannot be returned after opening. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable when opening sealed products. The sale is final after successful payment.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product(s).
You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (when returning the entire order). Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal,
the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Do not forget to register your return via the site.

Explanation return registration

Within your Account dashboard you will see the recent order(s) under your Account information.
To register a return, go to the relevant order by clicking View.
Once you have opened this link, you can click the 'Return items' button under the total amount
click and indicate which products you wish to return.

Please indicate why you want to return the items.
You can optionally enter a comment.

Injury
If items have been damaged during transport (only applies to parcel post), we would like to ask you to take a photo of this and send it with the complaint.

After receipt and approval, you will receive the amount of the damaged item back by means of a voucher. You can then redeem this with the next order.

Information & photos from our website/shop

All information on this website may not be used for commercial purposes, etc. The photos are copyrighted and may not be used by anyone other than Body & Soap. The possible use of our photos on website, catalogs etc. will be challenged through legal action.

Copyright

It is prohibited to copy, publish, reproduce or otherwise use text and/or image material without written permission. We will take legal action in case of violation.

Complaints

If you have any complaints or if you are dissatisfied with certain matters, you can always contact us by email via [email protected] or on number +31628336446 (after 3:00 PM). We are always willing to find a suitable solution or to think along with you.

Body & Soap is affiliated with Stichting WebwinkelKeur and in the event of complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should turn to Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this webshop has a current membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/ledenlijst/. If a solution has not yet been reached, the consumer has the option of having his complaint handled by the independent disputes committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur, the decision of which is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree to this binding decision. There are costs associated with submitting a dispute to this disputes committee, which must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee. It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
A complaint does not suspend the obligations of the entrepreneur, unless the entrepreneur indicates otherwise in writing.
If a complaint is found to be well-founded by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will, at its option, replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.

Disputes

Only Dutch law applies to agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply. Even if the consumer lives abroad.
