Body & Soap is an Online Shop in bath products such as bath pearls, bath fizzers/bombs, bath salts, bath caviar etc., shower products such as shower gel, soap, body scrub, shampoo etc., scrub gloves, face care, hair fashion, perfumes, business gifts, products for hotels, home decoration, natural care, organza bags and much more.
Body & Soap exists since 2007.

Dropshipping
In connection with excessive competition, we have stopped the dropshipping part. We would like to remain unique with our products and are proud of our investment. Would you like to be kept informed of all news and special offers on Facebook?
Order (minimum € 7.50) in connection with high costs for packaging etc.
You can easily order at Body & Soap by placing the wanted products in the shopping cart. A shopping cart is indicated below each product, see image. Click to place the product in the cart. After you have finished shopping, you have the option of choosing a payment method. At the bottom of your shopping cart you will find the different payment methods. You can also mention an action or discount code. The discount is automatically deducted from the total amount. If everything has been completed as you wanted, click on the 'Checkout' button at the bottom right.
In order to process your order, we ask you some personal details. You can create an account by entering your details or logging in with your existing account details.
Delivery address
If you do not think you are at home at the time of delivery, you can have the package delivered to another address. You can indicate this in the ordering process by filling in the alternative delivery address. You pay no additional costs for this.
Status order
Under 'My Account' you will find an overview of your orders. Under the heading 'status' you will find the current status of your order. You must be logged in for this.

Shipping costs
For orders within the Netherlands by Postnl you pay up to 10 kilos of € 5.95 incl. 21% VAT and from 10 to 30 kilos this is € 14.95. You can choose to deliver by DHL, which costs up to 10 kilos € 5.75 and from 10 kilos
€ 9.95 Would you prefer to pick up your package at a collection point of DPD, which can be € 3.95 in the Netherlands for Belgium from € 9.50 France € 9.95 and Spain € 13.95 For orders that can be sent via letterbox, we charge administration / shipping costs depending on the weight.
You should be aware that the risk of sending via letterbox post, such as missing or any damage to the purchased items, are costs of the buyer.

If you do not want to run this risk, you must have your order sent by parcel post. In that case, do not forget to state in the comments that you want to send parcel post despite the postbox. Then we know that you have consciously chosen this.

Delivery time
After receiving the payment you will receive your order within 2-5 working days, if available, but you will be informed of this. Orders to foreign countries have a delivery time of 3-5 working days (after receiving the payment).
Determine your delivery day yourself
Delivery on a certain day is only possible within the Netherlands and if products are available.

If you are not at home
If you are not at home at the time of delivery and it is not possible to deliver your order to the neighbors, Postnl / GLS / DHL will leave a message and try again later (a maximum of 3 times). If they cannot deliver your order after 3 delivery attempts or if the package is refused, they will return the package to Body & Soap.
Packages for our foreign customers are delivered by GLS, DHL or a pick-up point from DPD.
Sales contract
When a customer clicks on 'Order now', the customer enters into a purchase agreement, for which the customer also has to agree with the general terms and conditions. You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase.

Delivery
Information about the availability and delivery time of a product can be found in the product description on the product pages.If no information is available, you will receive the products, after payment within 3 working days (at PostNL / DHL) and at the collection point of DHL or DPD point within 5 working days, if products are available.
Cancellation
You have the right to return the product within 7 days of purchase. This period starts when you receive the goods. Of course, this does not apply to products that have already been used. Please return the products to:

If the goods have already been shipped, the costs of shipping, return and cash on delivery are for your account. In the event that you have already paid, Body & Soap will refund the amount, minus the costs of shipping, return and / or cash on delivery within 21 days. Damage
If items are damaged during transport (only applies to parcel post), we would like to request that you take a photo of this and send it with the complaint. After receipt and approval you will receive the amount of the damaged item by means of a voucher. You can redeem the credit code with your next order
Wholesale / companies
Body & Soap does not apply separate wholesale prices. Both individuals and companies can place orders. On many products a discount is given, such as bath pearls etc. This is displayed in the shop. For large bulk orders, please contact us through the Contact form.

Validity of your account
Your account remains valid for 18 months. If 18 months have not been ordered, we will delete your account. This is to prevent our system from becoming polluted and you will not receive unnecessary newsletters.
Why do we have to relax?
We are busy, every day. Sometimes balancing between man, child and work. Unfortunately, 'relaxing or more time for yourself' is all too often between shore and ship. Nevertheless, it is important to be able to cope with daily pressures. Too little relaxation creates tension, tension creates stress, you get less patience from stress and that is responded to your environment, which in turn creates a sense of guilt. Give yourself more time to relax and do not let the important things in life pass you by!
